What You Need to Know About the Event: 

  • VIP Check-In begins at 5pm
  • General Admission Check-In begins at 6pm
  • General Admission single ticket seating is first-come, first-served-- so arrive on time for the best seats
  • You will be asked to put a credit card on file at check-in--This card is linked to silent auction bidding, merchandise purchases, and donations for the evening
  • You will receive a personalized link via text when you check-in for all silent auction bidding and you will bid on your personal device
  • Cash/Credit bar (20% gratuity will be added to all bills, ATM on site)
  • Cash as needed for Lassoing, Hat Bar, and Donations
  • Your receipts for the evening will be emailed to email provided at registration/check-in
  • Entertainment begins at 7pm
  • Dinner is served until 8pm

What to Wear: 

  • Boots and Buckles are encouraged but NOT required
  • Please dress in Nashville-casual or Nashville-dressy-- the choice is up to you! (Jeans, Cowboy Boots, Cowboy Hats, Band T-shirts, Button-Down Shirts, Fringe, Bolo Ties, and Dresses are all encouraged)
